GENERALVACATION DETAILS Prices: Price are in US Dollars based on rates in effect at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice. All prices are valid for travel as specified and new booking only. for current prices, consult a travel agent, peruse our website at www.mytravelmania.com or call us. Peak travel period surcharge, minimum night stays, foreign currency fluctuations and holiday blackouts may apply depending on your travel dates. Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise stated. All prices are based on current exchange rates and until final payment are subject to change without notice. If the US Dollar devalues by 5% or more, Travel Mania reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Air inclusive special package prices include all airfares, all accommodations, meals as specified, sightseeing with a local guide as specified (including entrance fees), arrival and departure seat –in-coach transfers (unless and otherwise specified). For all bookings price increase that is a result of government fees or taxes are the passenger’s responsibility to pay, even if the booking is paid in full. Any increases in fees or surcharges that are imposed by our travel suppliers and are outside the control of Travel Mania are the passenger’s responsibility to pay. You have the right to cancel, but our liability will be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the travel services only. Unless indicated Price does not include cost of personal/trip cancellation/baggage insurance, passport and visa fees, foreign port taxes, transportation of excess baggage, all items of a personal nature such as laundry, alcoholic and soft drinks, gratuities for local guides, driver, end of tour gratuities for the tour director and other items not mentioned as being included.

Taxes and Service Charges: All travel services are subject to various charges such as departure taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel service charges, government hotel taxes, visa fee, etc. the exact taxes and amounts vary by destination, product and season. These charges are shown as an additional amount depending upon the destination and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Hotels: with private facilities throughout, unless otherwise noted. Travel mania may substitute hotels for a similar category should this become necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. some hotels may directly assess an additional surcharge during holiday, convention or special event time periods. Meals provided in the tour are indicated as (B) for buffet Breakfast, (L) for Lunch, (D) for Dinner. Meals not listed are at the participant’s expense.

Tour Programs: Our tour programs are a mix of private touring and seat-in-coach. All private tours include your own private transportation with driver and seat-in-coach arrangements are schedules bus services with a range of group size including English speaking guides and /or representatives.

Children: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for children on escorted tours is eight. Discounts for children sharing a room as third may apply to children under 12. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including to provide any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be travelling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by the parents, or non-travelling parent, granting authorization including the dates of travel.

It is recommended that you reconfirm your flight information and check in for your flights at the airline’s website 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Check in at the airport at least three hours previous to the scheduled flight departure and report to the gate at least 45 minutes earlier than the flight departure. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the loss of your seat to a stand by passenger.

Passport and Visa: A valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months is required for all international tour programs.

Terms and Conditions, vacation prices, dates and features are subject to change at any time without notice at Travel manias ‘sole discretion. Unless indicated, Prices do not include airfare, gratuities, meals, gasoline, optional insurance, underage/additional driver charges, upgrades, infant child seats, telephone calls, some resort service fees, handling fees, taxes or other government-imposed fees and items of a personnel nature unless otherwise noted. Additionally, cruise prices do not include transfers, administrative fees, taxes, port expenses (TF&PE) and gratuities. Unless otherwise noted, offers are not combinable with select rate codes, coupons or other offers. Special offers and value-added inclusions may be restricted, modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional features are nontransferable, not redeemable for cash and non – refundable if not provided or used. Prices may vary according to travel dates. All facilities shown for a particular property may not be available in every room category. Travel Mania reserve the right, at any time to substitute similar alternate hotel accommodations, to alter or substitute vacation itineraries or to do both. Special request must be made at time of registration but cannot be guaranteed. Some hotels and cruise lines impose an additional charge if a crib, a roll-away or a refrigerator is required, payable by the guest directly to the hotel or cruise line.

Read your travel documentation carefully for arrival and departure guidelines, including terminal information, check-in locations and flight time. Flight times are tentative and subject to change. Airfares are based on the lowest relevant airfare available at the time of booking and are subject to change. Travel Mania can guarantee your airfare only after receipt of full payment. Changes in flight itineraries after the issuance of tickets may result in increased airfare. Airline Baggage Allowances differ significantly with respect to dimension and weight restrictions. The number of carry piece – on pieces allowed may differ by airport or airline. Please consult your travel agent or contact your respective airport and airline prior to Travel.

Reservation & Deposit: Anon-refundable deposit USD 400 OR 25% of total tour cost (which one is higher) per person plus applicable hotel or other deposits is required to reserve space on the tour. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. A reserving made within 60 days of departure requires full payment at time of reserving. Booking made within 30days may be subject to a $100 late booking charge. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the due date. For reservations containing published airfare, cruise line, and/or travel protection, full fee for these components is due at the time of booking.

Cruise bookings require full payment between 90 and 160 days prior to sailing, depending on the cruise line. Insurance premiums and certain deposits, administrative fees and/or supplier fees are not refundable. A damage deposit also may be required at the time of booking for certain vacation packages.

All reservations need to be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will follow.

In the event that the method of payment is different than credit card (US Dollar check, bank check, money order, wires transfer). Travel mania allow up to 3 days for receipt of deposit. Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional $35 wire transfer fee. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. If the deposit is not received within 3 days, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

All air reservations will not be confirmed until a passport photocopy is received by Travel Mania.

Prior to receipt of full payment, prices are subject to change without notice. Upon receipt of full payment, the prevailing vacation cost will be guaranteed. However, as airfares continually fluctuate, and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. Travel mania reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation at any time should an error be made in computing your vacation price. Once payment has been made, a $30 fee will be assessed to change forms of payment. Payments should be express mailed to the Travel Mania.

Special Events & Products: Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, tours with internal flights, select hotels and tour packages and will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.

In the event you need to cancel or change departure date, a changing in name, a reduction to the number in the tour, rebooking air fare, and/or the termination of the entire trip please contact Travel Mania as soon as possible. All other changes to a reservation constitute a revision, all revisions are subject to availability. Revisions, cancellations, and refund polices vary by airline, cruise line and other suppliers. In all instances, no-shows are nonrefundable. The following fees will apply in addition to any supplier, cruise line and airline fees or penalties.

Cancellation: Due to any circumstances out of our control like natural calamity, political disturbances, security problems, bad weather, change in cruise or air schedule etc., if company pre-pone or postpone or cancel some sites of the tour the passenger has no rights to cancel the tour in such circumstances, and no refunds will be payable for whatsoever reasons. No refund shall be provided for unsatisfactory of the trip member during the trip. For some reason if the member is not feeling well and cannot attend the sites or programs the he or she is allowed to do so, with no refund payable for whatsoever reasons. Any personal emergency occurred, and the member has to fly back to hometown during the trip, no refund for whatsoever shall be provided. Any cancellation made by the trip member during the trip, will be additionally charge for the cancellation fees, if any. The member shall have no refund if they cancel the trip on the day of boarding, for what so ever reasons. Refunds will be provided as per the prior cancellation dates before the boarding date. No refunds will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reasons. Lastly, we also reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of, or if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with this reservation. Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure. More than 60 days prior to departure – loss of deposit; 60 to 31 days prior to departure – 50% of total tour cost; within 30days prior to departure (including no shows and after departure) – 100% of total tour cost. Consult your travel agent for Nonrefundable travel agent fees, it’s may be included in your tour package price.

NOTES: Cancellation of the flight portion of your vacation package is nonrefundable. Cancellation of your cruise could result in a loss of deposit, full payment and/or administrative fees. Please see the cruise line’s specific terms and conditions for exact penalties.

Reservation Changes: Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur $50 per person plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. Please note A change of name, departure date or tour within 60 days of departure is subject to full applicable cancellation charges. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Unexpected situations can arise during your vacation so protect yourself and your belongings. We recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance. Premiums vary depending on tour price and age level. Travel Insurance must be purchased at time of booking, with premiums paid together with the deposit.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to the originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid, with any remaining balance paid by US Dollar check. Refunds take approximately 4-6 week to process.

Documents: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, documents will be sent via email 21 days prior to the onset of services. Paper documents, when requested, will be delivered approximately 14-21 days prior to the onset of services. A complete street address is required for mailed documents (no PO boxes). Charges per set of paper documents when e-documents are available: via Ground $30; via Express $50.

TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES: To be able to completely enjoy your Travel mania tour, we advise that you select a vacation that would suitable to your physical capacities. Escorted tour is fast-paced, and some time require lengthy walk. To be able to take part in escorted tours, individuals must have the ability to understand and follow instructions given by the director at all times. Tour participants needing any form of assistance must inform toTravel mania on prior to booking for review and our arrangement. Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, personnel cannot provide such assistance. Except the emergency situation Passengers might not interfere or passively with the successful operation of the tour.

Wheelchairs & Walkers in International Tours: outside of America Hotels and cruises aren't required to adhere to ADA requirements and for that reason may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to support disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Because of physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters might not be taken aboard motor coaches.

Service Animals: Service animals cannot be accommodated on international escorted tours. Travel Mania reserves the right to remove any person from a tour who has not provided the required notification, has not received written confirmation from Travel Mania or does not comply with these regulations. All related expenses, including those to return home, will be borne by the passenger.

Transfers: Transfers are given as indicated for each and every tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is bought from Travel Mania. In the event that you buy a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as explained in the itinerary, you shall have the choice to include transfer services to your reservation. Travel Mania or the transfer company will not be in responsible of flight delays, for any good reason, beyond one hour from you’re at scheduled arrival time. In case there is a delay, whether due to flight delay, customs and immigration, or time spent reporting baggage loss or damage, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements like a taxi. Transfer costs aren't refundable, and any extra expenses will be your responsibility. Travel Mania transfer includes round trip service necessarily, our driver must come to the airport, hotel or pier and then pick you up and loses a one-way fare necessarily. Usually the places of call (airports, seaports, hotels) demand access and parking fees, where drivers may need to wait one hour up. Travel Mania transfer drivers, while not employees of Travel Mania, but they are work year-round for Travel Mania. Passengers comfortable finding a taxi independently, do not require assistance will save money.

Sightseeing & Itinerary: Times detailed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as suggestions. Travel Mania tours have been made to accommodate individuals as well as groups. Operated motor-vehicle size dictated by the number of participants. The number of participants may vary during the tour. For avoid afternoon heat in tropical and dessert climates some itineraries may early morning start time for sightseeing in order to complete the touring during daylight hours. It is your responsibility to reach on time for all scheduled flights, cruises, and tour package components. If you are arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in which case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused services. Travel Mania imposes mandatory coach seat rotation without exception. Some sites and monuments may be closed during religious holidays and national celebrations or its regularly undergo renovations. On these occasions, touring itineraries might be amended to reflect these closures. Sometimes after arrival unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions and or holidays there may be last-minute changes. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with similar category. In such cases there will be no cost modifications. Travel mania is not responsible for any activities or not expressly included in suggested your leisure time programs. This suggestion does not constitute a recommendation nor an endorsement of any specific service provider, it’s your choice to take part in such activities.

Rail: Once full payment is received; Travel Mania will select train times; rail tickets will be issued and are completely non-refundable and non-changeable.

Optional Sightseeing Tours: Some optional tours need a minimum number of participants otherwise not operated, in such cases tour company will inform locally and you shall receive a full refund after you return home. A limited collection of optional tour is available anytime until seven days prior to departure. Optional tours are subject to standard cancellation conditions including being non – refundable once trip has commenced fully.

Non-Operation of Escorted Tour: Travel Mania will not be held responsible for any costs relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees. Escorted tour packages require minimum number of participants. We will inform you at least 7 days prior to tour’s departure for Cancellation of any tours, and all money will be refunded. Should Travel Mania choose to cancel a departure for political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention or US State Department warning, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers, however no sureties can be provided on their behalf.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: All service providers, Hotels or other lodging facilities, Airlines carriers, bus, vessel, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, optional excursions providers or organizers, food service or entertainment providers etc. All are independent contractors, not our affiliated or not our agents and we have no control on them. We are not responsible for any additional expanses, Delays, Omissions, Re-routing or acts of intervene by the government or legal authorities. Without limitation, Travel Mania is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage to person property, death, delay or inconvenience but not limited to acts of god, acts of government, force majeure, war, strike or other labor activities, terrorism, overbooking or downgrading of accommodation, failure of airplane or other transportation mechanical breakdown, structure of defective hotels conditions or other lodging facilities, bites from animals, pets or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, swimming, rafting, walking, hiking, kayaking, sailing, bicycling, canoeing etc. Illness, epidemics, food poising, sanitation problem, lake of medical care, medical or other emergency, any other cause beyond the direct control of Travel Mania. I release TRAVELMANIA LLC from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I know that travel such as which I am undertaking involves harmful activities, with risk of loss of life or illness or accident which might be cause of animals, nature, flora or insects, negligence of Travel Mania or willful or criminal conduct by third party or companies known or unknown person. I am aware that sometime weather conditions are unfavorable, I am also aware that medical services or facilities might not be easily available or accessible during some or all of the time where I am engaging on the trip. Any emergency medical treatment or hospitalization, I hereby authorize to TRAVEL MANIA or my local ground handler or others to arrange for me as may be necessary because participation in this activity without my further consent. I agree to hold harmless and release TRAVELMANIA from claims of third-party negligence. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, death or illness and of the negligence of TRAVELMANIA.

BINDING ARBITRATION: I agree that any controversy or claim arising from, or relating to the company, the brochure, or any other literature relating to my trip or the trip itself shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which arbitration proceedings shall be conducted.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION IN TRIP: I have read the description of the trip in current Travel Mania website or brochures or supplements and catalog relating to the trip, along with all information in this application. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily applied to taking part in this trip (or a trip which I may change to) with knowledge of the hazards involved.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: TRAVELMANIA may take photos or video of its trips and trip members grant permission to TRAVELMANIA for promotional or commercial use without of any compensation or payment to participant.

KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I know that this is a contract between myself and TRAVELMANIA. I have carefully read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions and the booking information. I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions by booking with the company and TRAVEL MANIA Release from Assumption of Risk, Liability and Compulsory Arbitration Clause for myself, any minor children accompanying with me and each person of my traveling party.
